As a child I grew up in a business family in an environment where I was not allowed to play with my
neighbours or go out alone. I was provided with a car and a driver. I could buy anything with money so I
bought entire crickets/badminton kits so that at least my school mates will allow me to play with them,
at least for an hour. We had a hotel, so I would take loads of ice cream to give to my friends, with the
expectation that they would accept me and become friends with them. it was incredibly lonely with
dominating grown-ups around and very restrictive surroundings (though in well-meaning intentions.). It
led me to believe that my choices don’t matter, that I cannot live without external support thus
developing a craving for love and validation.
I spent a good part of my last 25 years overcoming my lack of discipline, limiting beliefs, negative
self-talk, lack of self-esteem, loneliness, unworthiness, inability to focus, procrastination and
chronic overthinking, irritable bowel syndrome, extreme sadness, self-pity, suicidal tendencies and
self-sabotaging behaviours.
Fast forward to the present, with an MSc in Psychology specialised in behaviour modification through
positive habit formation, certification in NLP and Reiki, I coach others with empowering positive habits
and holistic healing methodologies for their wellbeing. Ironically, my struggles and challenges have led
to finding my strengths and achieving success in doing what I love to do.
If you are struggling and facing challenges in your life right now, feel free to get in touch with me as
it is my mission to ensure the collective wellbeing of our society.
